ST03A - Licensing -> License revoking

This new feature is only supported by ST03A V2.5.19 and newer versions.

Sometimes it is necessary to move a license from a computer to another. The license revoking mechanism makes it possible to permanently remove a license from a computer and prove this to Knorr-Bremse. Afterwards Hotline support accepts a new registration with the same ID.

Note that a revoked license cannot be reestablished on that computer anymore.

Follow the steps below to revoke your ST03A license:

1. Start ST03A uninstaller.
2. Select the Next button on the appeared Welcome panel.
3. Read the important information on the appeared License revoking panel.
4. Select the Revoke License checkbox to deactivate your license.
5. Select the Next button to continue the uninstalling.
6. Read the information on the summary panel.
7. Send the metioned removed license keys file (*.kbu) to our Hotline Service via e-mail ().

If the Hotline Service receives the removed license keys file (*.kbu) then it will grant new license according to your new license request.
