  • Windows 10 Secure Boot compatibility
  • Support of IXXAT driver 4.0
  • Support of Softing driver 5.21
  • Time scale can be configured to display relative and absolute time in the Measurement and Data Log function
  • Correction of FTDI based USB adapter in case of DCU connection
  • Correction of erasing event memory problem at the end of software installation in case of serial connection
